根据高层建筑物变形的主要来源及各种变形的特征，采用特征平面的方法，直观、形象、全面地描述了高层建筑物整体变形特征，并给出了对各种变形进行定量分析的方法。

This paper discusses the sources and features of highrise defomation. The eigen-plane method is used for intuitively, imaginally describing whole deformation features of highrise.The quantitative analysis of deformation is also presnted here.
