Sectionalized water control matching technology of horizontal well in Jidong Oilfield

摘要 水平井是提高油井产量、提高油田开发效益的一项重要开发技术,冀东油田根据油田开发的需要在疏松砂岩油藏完钻了272口水平井,对油田的快速上产和提高开发效果起到了积极的作用。随着油田的开发,水平井含水率上升较快,目前达到95.7%。为了降低或控制水平井含水率上升,延长水平井生产寿命,近年来研究了相应的配套技术:水平井分段调流控水完井技术,主要用于新井完井或管内二次完井,控制各段均匀产液,避免某段突进,延长水平井的生产寿命;水平井分段遥控分采技术,主要应用于射孔井,通过地面施加不同压力和稳压时间信号控制每个分采开关器的开/关状态,进行逐段试采,然后根据试采情况开采低含水段,封堵高含水段,起到了降水增油的目的;水平井管外分段管内分采技术,主要用于筛管完井水平井,通过分段挤注ACP将筛管外分隔为若干段,在筛管内开关阀分段试采,然后根据试采情况开采低含水段,封堵高含水段。因此,水平井分段控水技术经过2 a多的研究、试验、改进和完善,在现场应用中均达到了初步的控水稳油效果。文中主要介绍这几种配套技术管柱的结构、工作原理及现场试验情况。 Horizontal well is an important development technology to increase the oil well production and the benefit of oilfield development.272 horizontal wells are drilled in the unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs of Jidong Oilfield according to the need of oilfield development,which plays an active role in increasing the production rate quickly and improving the development effect.However,with the development of oilfields,the rising of horizontal well water cut is rapid and the water cut reaches 95.7% now.In order to reduce or control the rising of horizontal well water cut and to prolong the production life of horizontal well,the relevant matching technologies are studied in recent years.The completion technique of sectionalized water control of horizontal well is mainly used for the completion of new well or casing secondary completion to control the uniform producing fluid of each section and to extend the producing life of well.The remote control zonal production technique of horizontal well sectionalization is mainly applied for perforated well.The sectionalized production test is conducted through controlling the ON/OFF status of every zonal production switch at different pressures and at voltage-stabilizing time signal.Then low water cut section can be produced and high water cut section can be plugged according to the production test situation,which reaches the purpose of reducing water cut and increasing production rate.The horizontal well technique of casing-outside sectionalization and casing-inside zonal production is used for screen pipe completion.The external screen pipe can be divided into several sections through the sectionalized squeezing of ACP and the sectionalized production test can be conducted within screen pipe with switch valve.Then the low water cut section can be produced and the high water cut section can be plugged in terms of the production test status.The sectionalized water control technique of horizontal well has reached the effect of controlling water cut and stabilizing oil production in field application through the study,test and improvement over two years.This paper introduces the string structure,operating principle and field test status of these matching techniques.
