摘要
胜利埕岛油田投入开发以来,共发现明化镇组、馆陶组、东营组、沙河街组、中生界、古生界、太古界7套含油层系,主力产油层系馆陶组目前平均综合含水率56.7%,已进入中高含水开发阶段。针对胜利埕岛油田开发中后期层间矛盾突出,注入水沿高渗层突进,油井合采层间干扰严重,注水开发效果差,低渗层贡献率低甚至不出油,提高采收率工作任务繁重,作业措施实施难度大、费用高、测试成功率低等问题,进行了井下分测分采技术研究,初步形成了以电泵、螺杆泵举升方式为主的一整套井下分测分采工艺技术。着重介绍了胜利埕岛浅海油田油水井生产测试技术的现状,在分析埕岛油田开发矛盾和对生产测试新技术需求的基础上,简述了井下分测分采技术的优点、工作原理及在埕岛油田的应用前景。
Seven oil-bearing series,i.e.Minghuazhen Formation,Guantao Formation,Dongying Formation,Shahejie Formation,Mesozoic Group,Palaeozoic Group and Archean Group,have been found since the investing development of Chengdao Oilfield.The Guantao Formation,which is the main production layer,has entered the high water cut development stage with a current average water cut of 56.7%.There are many problems in the development of Chengdao Oilfield,such as outstanding interbed contradicrion,cone of flood water along the high permeability zone,serious interlayer interference of multilayer producer,low flood effectiveness,low or even no output of low permeability zone,strenuous work of enhanced oil recovery,great difficulty and high cost in implementing operations and low success rate of the operation at the intermediary and later stages of Chengdao Oilfield development in Shengli Oilfield.In order to solve these problems,we developed the downhole zonal testing and zonal production technique.The main point of the technique is electric pump and screw pump lifting.In this article,we summarized the current situation of production test techniques of oil-water well in the shallow sea field of Chengdao,Shengli Oilfield.Based on the analysis of the difficulties in the development and the requirements for new techniques,the paper introduced the advantages,working principles and application prospect of the downhole zonal testing and zonal production technique in Chengdao Oilfield.
