摘要
为降低带式输送机胶带的动应力和保持胶带张力的恒定,研制了一种胶带自控液压拉紧装置.对该装置进行了动态特性建模分析,利用参数辨识的方法确定了模型参数.在带式输送机系统的仿真中模拟了该拉紧装置的动态响应及其对整机运行特性的影响.对输送机整个起动工况的动态过程进行了实测.实测与仿真结果均表明:该装置响应速度快,并且在起动等不稳定工况时可以有效地降低胶带动应力峰值,大大减轻了胶带所受的冲击与振动。
For the purpose of bringing down the tension of conveying belt and keeping the tension constant, a kind of hydraulic takeup system has been developed and modeled. The model parameters are decided through system distinguishing techniques. Dynamic process of the starting period of belt conveyor was recorded from field experiments. Properties of the takeup and its influences on the whole belt conveying system are simulated in a belt conveyor simulation system. Both the test and the simulating results show that this takeup has rapid reactive property and can bring down the dynamic tension of the conveying belt during unstable state, reduce the impacts and vibrations. So it can raise the running reliability of the conveyor.
