电化学治疗肿瘤32例疗效观察

Observation of Electrochemical Therapy for Tumor 32 cases report

目的：观察电化学疗法对内脏肿瘤，体表变恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法：除食道癌使用环形食道电极外，其它均采用铂金针，直刺并贯穿病体，套管针保护正常组织的方法。治疗量80库仑／cm3～100库仑／cm3。结果：内脏恶性肿瘤有效率85．7％，体表恶性肿瘤有效率100％，体表良性肿瘤有效率94．1％。结论：电化学疗法是一种疗效高，付作用少、简便、安全的疗法。

Objective: To observe electrochemical therapy for both visceral and superficial maligant tumors. Methods: All Tumors but esophageal carcinome (which was trealed by special electrode)should be treated by the plotinum electrode which reach the whole length of the tumor mass,stylet protecting the nomal tissue the therapeutic closage was 80－100c/cm3. Results: The cffective rate of visceral malignant tumors was 85.9%. The effective rate of superficdal benign tumors was 94.1%.onclusions:Electrochemical therapy is simple, safe,effective and no side of effect.
