上下煤层开采软岩巷道失稳机理与控制技术 被引量:2

摘要 为了揭示矿井上下煤层开采软岩巷道的失稳机理,并寻求有效的围岩控制技术,对上下煤层开采软岩巷道围岩的变形破坏特点进行了现场调查,通过数值模拟研究了上覆、下伏以及上下煤层联合开采对巷道围岩稳定性的影响,并提出了由初次锚网喷支护和二次锚注支护组成的动态叠加耦合支护技术方案。研究结果表明:上下煤层开采软岩巷道失稳主要是由岩性、地应力、采动应力、支护结构与参数等几个方面因素综合作用的结果。工程应用实践表明,所提出的支护方案有效地控制了巷道变形。 In order to reveal the stability lost mechanism of the soft rock roadway for the up and down seam mining in the mine and to seek the effective control technology of the surrounding rock,the site investigations were conducted on the deformation failure features of the surrounding rocks in the soft rock roadway for the up and down seam mining.The numerical simulation was applied to study the overburden strata,underlying strata as well as the up and down seam combined mining affected to the stability of the roadway surrounding rock.The dynamic superposition coupling support technology composed with the preliminary bolt/steel mesh/shotcrete support and the second bolt and grouting support was proposed.The study results showed that the stability lost of the soft rock roadway for the up and down seam mining in the deep mine would be mainly the comprehensive effect of the Lithology,ground stress,mining stress,support structure and parameters,and other several factors.The engineering applied practices showed that the proposed support plan could be effectively to control the roadway deformation.
