摘要
研究武器系统效能评估是保证武器质量的重要手段。在反导武器系统论证和研制阶段,对各种研制方案的优劣进行评价和排序是效能评估。针对现有效能评估方法评价反导武器系统优劣时存在的评价结果不稳定,且适用范围有限等不足,提出应用雷达图法对反导武器系统的优劣进行评价。通过建立评价方案优劣的效能指标,并绘制雷达图以及进行特征提取,实现了定性观察与定量分析相结合,提高了评价结果的稳定性和可信度。最后通过一个效能仿真评估示例,给出了四种反导武器系统的优劣评价和排序结果。结果证明方法有效且适用范围广,并为工程实现提供参考。
In the anti-missile weapon system demonstration and development phase,evaluation and ranking the stand or fall of various systems are important part of performance assessment.Not only the result of existing methods of effectiveness for anti-missile weapon system is unstable,but also scope of application is limited.Aiming the problems,we use radar chart method to evaluate the effectiveness for anti-missile weapon system.First,establishing evaluation performance index,and on this basis as well as by drawing the radar feature extraction to achieve a qualitative observation and quantitative analysis.The evaluation results improve the stability and credibility.Finally,an assessment simulation example gives the merits of the four anti-missile weapon system evaluation and ranking results,the results show that the method has wider range,and easy to implement.
