企业国际化战略与结构的关系:文献回顾与评述被引量：3

摘要本文对企业国际化的战略、结构及其关系演化进行了文献回顾和梳理,指出研究者从早期寻求"理想的"组织结构与战略一一匹配的机械式关系,到当前探讨多维组织结构设计与多维战略决策的动态匹配,体现了学术界对"结构跟随战略"范式的新理解,也体现了企业在多样化复杂环境下战略制定与战略实施的关系。在总结国际化战略与结构关系的理论逻辑基础上,讨论了这种理论逻辑在产业多元化战略与结构、国内扩张战略与结构两方面研究进行应用的可能性。
