血浆D-二聚体水平与急性白血病的预后分析

Prognositic significance of plasma D-dimer in acute leukemias

目的探讨急性白血病患者血浆D-二聚体水平与疗效、预后的关系。方法早晨空腹抽取静脉血。D-二聚体采用免疫比浊法。结果 165例次急性白血病患者中,难治复发组血浆D-二聚体水平明显高于对照组、初诊组和完全缓解组(P<0.01),初诊组D-二聚体水平高于完全缓解组和对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。完全缓解组与对照组之间无明显统计学差异。结论血浆D-二聚体水平变化与急性自血病的病情严重程度及预后有明显关系,其检测方法简便、快速、敏感性高,可作为急性白血病的预后判断的一项早期实验室参考指标。

Objective To explore the prognosis significance of plasma D-dimer level in acute leukemias.Methods Morning fasting anti-coagulation blood samples were taken to detect plasm D-dimer level with immunoturbidimetry.Results Of 165 acute leukemias patients,the plasma D-dimer level in refractory-relapsed group was significantly higher than those in newly diagnosed group,complete remission group and normal control group（P0.01）.D-dimer levels in newly diagnosed group than complete remission group and control group,the difference was significant（P0.05）,but there was no statistic difference between control group and complete remission group.Conclusion Plasma D-dimer level is related to the severity and prognosis of acute leukemias,as can be an early prognostic marker for acute leukemia with rapidness,convenience and high sensitiveness.
