女大学生村官胜任力施展受限的原因探析

On Limited Reasons for Female College Students to be Competent at Village Official

以湖南省某区女大学生村官为研究对象,从性别视角出发编制女大学生村官调查问卷,结合文献资料、访谈材料以及调查问卷相关数据,构建了女大学生村官胜任力模型。从模型分析发现,男女两性大学生在村官的胜任力方面并无显著区别,但在实际工作、生活中,女大学生村官面临的困难较男大学生村官要多,在镇、村两级的关注度也小于男大学生村官。这其中有女大学生自身的原因,但主要还是由社会文化、乡村政治、政府相关政策缺失等原因造成的。

Subjected as village official of female college students in Hunan Province,this paper makes a model of female college students＇ competent at village official,by interview from the gender view,combined with questionnaires,materials and related data.The model analysis found that there is no significant difference in male and female students＇ competence in the village officials.But in work and life,female officials are facing more difficulties than male students.At the same time,they are paid less attention than male students.Among the reasons,there is although a reason on female college students themselves,the absence of the local culture,the short of local politics and governmental policies caused the main reasons.
