利用爆炸冲击波作用促进污泥改性试验探索 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高污泥的脱水效率,需要对污泥进行预处理。探索了一种新的污泥预处理方法,即利用炸药爆炸产生的冲击波作用于污泥。通过小型试验发现,污泥颗粒粒径在爆炸冲击波的作用下变小,污泥的絮状胶体结构破坏,污泥颗粒由胶结紧密变为疏松,从而证明了爆炸冲击波促进污泥改性的可行性。 In order to improve sludge dehydrating efficiency, often needs to carry on the pretreatment to the sludge, with the aim of boosting the sludge modification, and sludge modification is advantageous for the dehydration. In the paper, a new way is proposed for the sludge pretreatment, which is making use of the effect of shock- wave by explosive explosion. The objective of this research is to explore the fundamental characteristics of how flocculent colloid and sludge particle size in sludge respond to explosion shockwave. Ac- cording to other research results of sludge pretreatment methods, we know that sludge would be easy modification when floeculent colloid was destroyed and particle size become smaller or larger. An experiment in miniature of explosive explosion in sludge was conducted, the detonation energy is supplied by a simple NO. 8 detonator whose TNT equivalence is 1 gram, after detonator is fired, take the sludge sample and the original design into the centrifuge for centrifugation, the centrifugal speed is 3 500 r/min and centrifugal time is 10 minute. The result is that sludge supernatant is feculent and sludge particle size became smaller. We observed the centrifugal setting through micro examination and found that the structure of flocculent colloid was destroyed and the color of sludge becomes light. Finally, we got that it is feasible making use of explosive explosion shockwave to boost sludge modification.
