摘要
利用８０３１ 单片机测量出电路的频率与相位差，结合电工原理自动测量算出Ｌ、Ｃ的精确值。分析了测量原理，给出了自动测量系统的软硬件框图。
The frequency and phase difference are measured by means of model 8031 uniprocesser. The exact values of L and C can be calculated automatically through the rulers in principles of electrotechnology. The measuring principles are analyzed. The system schemes of software and hardware are given out as well.
