摘要
目的探讨β-纤维蛋白原-448G/A基因多态性与脑梗死的关系。方法收集脑梗死患者及对照组的血液标本,检测两组血浆纤维蛋白原水平,同时采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析法分析两组β-纤维蛋白原-448G/A基因多态性。结果脑梗死组血浆纤维蛋白原浓度显著高于对照组(t=-3.478,P<0.01),脑梗死组A等位基因频率与对照组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论脑梗死患者的血浆纤维蛋白原浓度明显增高,而脑梗死的发病与β-纤维蛋白原-448G/A基因多态性无明显关系。
Objective To explore the relationship between gene polymorphisms of fibrinogen beta chain and cerebral infarction.Methods Blood samples were collected from the cerebral infarction patients and controls.The fast plasma concentration of fibrinogen was detected.The 448G/A mutation of fibrinogen beta chain was determined by the method of polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism.Results The mean plasma concentration of fibrinogen in cerebral infarction group(4.445 1±0.995 59)g/L was higher than that of the control(3.866 7±1.05 173)g/L(P0.01).The frequencies of A/A homogenesis(0.02) and A allele(0.237) in cerebral infarction patients had no significent difference with those in control(0.02 and 0.204 respectively)(P0.05).Conclusions Higher fibrinogen has an important role in the patients with cerebral infarction;and 448G/A gene polymorphisms of fibrinogen beta chain is not related with cerebral infarction.
