摘要 通过对抽油杆与油管系统磨损机理的分析,建立了井眼轨迹模型和扶正器布置模型,并利用VisualBasic6.0语言开发了抽油杆管防偏磨优化处理软件。利用该软件结合井况参数,对辽河油田公司A定向井进行计算,模拟计算出该定向井的井眼轨迹,优化配置了扶正器的配置数量和间距,有效地达到了防偏磨的目的。 Based on the sucker rod and pipeline wear mechanism of the system is analyzed.Wellbore trajector model and centralizer layout model was established.Optimization software for preventing sucker rod and pipeline was programmed with VB6.0 language.The software combines well condition parameters of directional "A" wells in Liaohe Oilfield Company is calculated.The computer simulation of the well trajectory directional wells,optimize the allocation of the number and configuration of centralizer spacing,effectively achieve the purpose of preventing side wear.
