摘要
掉电保护功能大幅度提高了焊接系统的焊接成功率,被广泛应用于焊接控制系统中。利用非易失性存储器:铁电存储器(FRAM)存取焊接过程中的重要数据和状态信息,设计专门的掉电检测电路和电源切换电路,捕获掉电现象的出现和进行掉电后电源的切换。程序中设置掉电标志位和程序段标志位,实现正常上电后原系统运行状态的恢复。
Power-fail protection is widely used in welding control system,because it greatly improve the success rate of the welding system.Non-volatile memory FRAM is used to access important data and status information in the welding process,designs special power detection circuit and power switching circuit,and captures the phenomenon of the power dowm,then switches the power.Power-fail flag and program block flag,for the implementation of the restoration of the original system after normal starting are procedured sets off.
