摘要
通过对中西方饮食观念、饮食特点、烹饪规范差异的分析,对比探讨中西医学在医疗观念、疗法特征、医疗原则等方面的区别。进而从中西方饮食同存共荣的现状得出中西医学势将并行发展、相互补充的结论。帮助中医人士进一步理解中西医学的差异,进而自觉地坚持中医特色并发展提高。
Investigate the difference between TCM and Western medicine in medical concepts,treatment characteristics,such as the medical principles,through the analysis about difference between Chinese and Western food in food ideas,food features,cooking standard.Further infer that Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine is bound to develop in parallel and complementary.To help TCM scholars to have an in-depth understanding about the differences betweenTCM and Western medicine,and adhere to the TCM characteristics and improve.
