由于供应链中的中小企业往往规模较小,同时往往还存在着经营活动不透明、抗风险能力差、财务信息非公开性等各种问题,导致了当各中小企业出现资金缺口时,很难得到银行等金融机构的支持,从而错失了许多发展机会,会影响到整个供应链的绩效。基于信誉链供应链融资在一定程度上可以解决这个问题,从定量的角度,用报童模型来分析此融资方式的可行性,并在此基础上研究此种融资方式下的利益共享问题。
