摘要 复合材料设计专家系统主要包括一系列材料设计知识库、一个通用的推理机和各种能够进行一定设计的功能模块.主要的功能模块有:复合材料设计模块、复合材料层合板设计模块、复合材料典型构件设计模块以及一些辅助功能模块.该系统能根据一定的设计条件进行一般的复合材料设计、层合板设计及典型构件设计;并能根据已知的材料性能数据,利用复合材料细观力学和粗观力学对复合材料性能进行预测及对典型构件进行强度校核.本文重点介绍了各功能模块的理论模型和具体实现方法. The expert system of composite material design mainly contains a general inference engine, a set of knowledge bases and algorithm bases, various data-bases and several function models which are composite material design model, layered components design model and normal components design model. This system can simulate a human expert to make a design scheme for FRP composite material, layered components and normal components. It can also predict the FRP material properties and make strength analyses according to the Micro and Macro Mechanics of Composite Material. The approach to these models are introduced in this paper.
