摘要
给出用广义（磁）标势描述静磁场的普遍方法，并用表示无旋电场的Ｌ类矢量波函数构造静磁场．
The general method of using a generalized scalar potential to describe a magnetostatic field is given and a magnetostatic field is constructed by vector wave function of expressing a irrotational electric field.
