整体护理在急诊急救护理工作中的应用

The application of holistic nursing care in emergency treatment

目的探讨整体护理工作在急诊护理工作中的应用。方法对进行整体护理前后的两组病患进行比较,对其救治时间和患者满意度进行了比较。结果实施整体护理后的患者有效抢救时间为(38.66±10.32h),明显比实施前(40.86±16.32h);实施后的患者满意度为96.70%也高于对实施前86.00%,两组对比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论整体护理在急诊急救护理工作中可缩短抢救时间,提高患者对护理工作满意度。

Objective To study the application of holistic nursing care in emergency treatment.Methods The duration of emergency treatment and degree of satisfaction were compared in patients before and after holistic nursing care.Results After the implementation of holistic nursing care, the effective rescue time was （38.66±10.32 h）, and it was significantly much shorter than that before the implementation（40.86±16.32 h）, and the degree of satisfaction in patients was 96.70%, and it was much higher than that of 86.00% before the implementation, and there was significant statistical difference in patients before and after intervention （P0.05）.Conclusion As a whole approach in emergency treatment, holistic nursing care is important in emergency rescue service, and it can shorten the rescue time for emergency patients and it may raise the degree of satisfaction to nursing care in patients.
