双腰穿针法治疗陈旧性泪小管断离

DOUBLE SPINAL NEEDLE PROBING METHOD IN THE MANAGEMENTOF OLD LACERATION OF LACRIMAL CANALICULUS

用双腰穿针法治疗陈旧性泪小管断离１４例。方法是第１根腰穿针经上泪小点泪道探通，并以其为支撑行泪总管或泪囊切开术。第２根腰穿针经下泪小管、泪总管或泪囊切口泪道探通的同时退出第１根腰穿针，泪道冲洗挂线，逆行硅胶棒置入，下泪小管与泪总管或泪囊吻合。１４例中除１例泪小点撕裂轻微溢泪外，均一次治愈，提示该术式操作及术后处理简便，成功率高。

Fourteen cases of old laceration of lacrimal canaliculus were treated with double spinal needle probing method.After lacrimal probing through upper lacrimal canaliculus,a dacryocystotomy was made and through both the lower lacrimal canaliculus and the dacryocystotomy,the second spinal needle was probed into the lacrimal duct.After retrograde catheterization of silicone cone,canaliculodacryostomy was finally made.Of all 14 cases,13 cases were successfully reconstructed,only one has epiphora because of laceration of punctum.It is concluded that the above method is easy both operatively and postoperatively with high successful of reconstruction.
