摘要
本文建立了一种采用离子色谱法,抑制型电导检测蔬菜中亚硝酸盐与硝酸盐的方法。蔬菜样品经过一定的样品前处理后进样分析,选择的色谱条件是:IonPac AS23离子交换柱,碳酸盐等度淋洗,抑制型电导检测。该方法线性相关系数r大于0.999,实际样品RSD小于4%,回收率均在80%以上;亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐的检出限分别为0.012μg/g和0.025μg/g;具有灵敏度高,选择性好,操作简单,价格便宜,对环境友好等特点。
The present paper developed a method to analyze trace nitrite and nitrate in vegetables by ion chromatography with suppressed conductivity.The vegetable samples were pretreated before injection,and the separation of nitrite and nitrate was obtained by using IonPac AS23 ion exchange column and carbonate salt solution was selected as eluent.Linear coefficients are more than 0.999,RSDs are lower than 4% and Recovery rates were both above 80%,the limit of detection of nitrate and nitrite was 0.012μg/g and 0.025μg/g,respectively.The method merits the advantages of high sensitivity,good selectivity,easy operation,low cost and friendliness to the environment.
