Evaluation of the Uncertainty In Measurement of the Strength and Micronaire of USTER~ HVI 1000 High-Capacity Fiber Tester

本文分析了USTER HVI 1000大容量纤维测试仪检测的强力、马克隆值不确定度的主要来源;采用不确定度A类评定和不确定度B类评定,量化各不确定度分量;计算合成不确定度与扩展不确定度。最后计算出马克隆值的不确定度为±0.12;强力不确定度为±1.44GPT,并提出了保证试验结果准确性应注意的事项。

To discuss the uncertainty of the strength and micronaire that USTERGA16B HVI 1000 high-capacity fiber tester test.The main source of the uncertainty was analyzed with uncertainty assessment of A Class and B Class.Quantifying individual uncertainty components,calculating combined standard uncertainty and expanded standard uncertainty were conducted.The calculated uncertainty of micronaire was ± 0.12 and the uncertainty of strength,± 0.024GPT.And then the suggestions to ensure accurate results were put forward.
