摘要
油页岩地上干馏技术已经进入工业化应用阶段,国内外许多公司先后研制开发了油页岩地上干馏工艺,根据颗粒粒度的大小可以分为块状干馏技术和小颗粒干馏技术。通过对世界不同类型小颗粒油页岩干馏技术的分析与研究,按照导热方式分为热循环固体干馏工艺、反应流体工艺两类,详细介绍了各类工艺的流程和特点。
The ex-situ retorting technologies were developed and commercialized by many companies.According to the variations of the grain size,the processes were classified into two categories: lump shale process and particulate shale process.Though the research of many types of particulate shale process,according to the heating method,the processes were classified into two categories of hot recycled solids process and reactive fluids process.And the advantages and disadvantages were also introduced in detail.
