摘要
石油天然气中普遍含有H2O、H2S、CO2等腐蚀性物质,在集输、储运过程中常对管线设施造成严重的腐蚀破坏,添加缓蚀剂是应用最普遍且经济特效的腐蚀抑制措施。本文概述了天然气缓蚀剂开发的历史,指出油溶性、挥发性和良好水分散性是天然气缓蚀剂的基本要素,抗H2S、CO2腐蚀的缓蚀剂是理想的天然气集输缓蚀剂。传统的磷酸酯与烷基胺的反应产物、多胺类以及咪唑啉与硫脲的复配物等都有良好的应用效果,其中改性咪唑啉类油溶性缓蚀剂具有优异的抗H2S、CO2腐蚀特性和良好的发展前景。
Oil and gas fields commonly contained H2O,H2S,CO2 and other corrosive substances which often caused severe corrosion damage to pipeline and device during the gathering,storage and transportation of gas.Adding inhibitor to the fluid in the pipeline was the most economic and effective corrosion inhibiting measure.The historical development of inhibitors for natural gas corrosion were reviewed,which pointed out that oil-soluble,volatile and good water dispersion were basic elements of natural gas corrosion inhibitor,corrosion inhibitor for H2S and CO2 was ideal inhibitor for natural gas gathering and transportation.The traditional corrosion inhibitor,the reaction products of phosphate and alkyl amine,multi-amines,and the mixture of imidazoline and thiourea etc.had good applications and prospect,in which oil-soluble modified imidazoline corrosion inhibitors had excellent resistance to H2S,CO2 corrosion and good perspectives.
