摘要
为制备出高纯度氧化锂,首先从单水氢氧化锂与过氧化氢的摩尔比、反应温度、乙醇与过氧化氢体积比三个方面对锂回收率的影响进行研究,得到合成过氧化锂的最佳工艺条件;然后在过氧化锂热分解过程中,从焙烧温度、焙烧时间对锂转化率的影响进行分析,从而得到了最佳焙烧条件;最终得到合成高纯度氧化锂的最佳工艺条件。
For the production of high-purity lithia,the influence on Li recycling rate was studied from the perspective of the Molar Ratio between LiOH·H2O and H2O2,the reaction temperature,and bulk ratio between C2H5OH and H2O2,and the best conditions for producing Li2O2·H2O2·2H2O were got.Then during the process of Li2O2·H2O2·2H2O decomposing,the influence of Li transformation rate was analyzed from the perspective of roasting temperature and roasting time,thus come up with the best conditions for roasting.Eventually,the best conditions for producing high-purity Li2O was found out.
