高效液相色谱法测定蔬菜中氟草烟残留

Determination of Fluroxypyr Residues in Vegetables by HPLC

建立了一种测定蔬菜中氟草烟农药残留的高效液相色谱方法。样品以丙酮振荡提取,通过调节试液至不同pH值对目标物进行净化和分离,以石油醚去除杂质,二氯甲烷萃取浓缩后测定。乙腈-0.015%磷酸水溶液（27：73体积比）为流动相,ZorbaxEclipse XDB-C18柱进行分离和测定,检测波长为215nm,外标法定量。实验表明,蔬菜样品中在样品中添加0.05~0.20mg/kg氟草烟回收率分别在73.8%~89.5%之间,相对标准偏差为1.57%~14.4%（n=5）,氟草烟在样品中的定量限为0.045mg/kg。

An analytical method of fluroxypyr residues in vegetables by high-performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） was developed.Samples were extracted with acetone by oscillation method,by adjusting the pH value of the test solution to a different target for purification and separation,liquid-liquid extraction cleanup with petroleum ether to remove some impurities and then with dichloromethane to extract the samples further.The HPLC conditions were Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 column,acetonitrile and 0.015% phosphoric acid=27：73（V/V） as mobile phase and DAD detection at 215nm,ESTD method of quantitative.Experimental results showed that the samples was added 0.05~0.20mg/kg fluroxypyr recoveries were 73.8%~89.5%,relative standard deviation was 1.57%~14.4%（n=5）.In the samples,the limit of quantitation was 0.045mg/kg.
