Performance Optimization of Propylene Column in Gas Fractionation Unit

分析了气体分馏装置加工负荷偏低,丙烯塔压降偏大、产品纯度偏低的原因,同时指出了装置中仍存在的问题。在装置检修过程中发现丙烯塔每层塔盘ADV浮阀均有多个损坏或卡塞,并及时修复,然后丙烯塔系统的工作效率得到了明显提高,为装置长周期运行提供有力保障。

Some reasons for fewer throughputs of gas fractionation unit,bigger pressure dispersion between top and bottom of propylene column,low purity of propylene and propane were analyzed.Other problems still existed in the device were pointed out.During of the device maintenance,a great number of ADV floating trays in each layer of propylene column were damaged or blocked,then promptly replaced in time.The result indicated that efficiency of propylene column was obviously improved and effectively ensured the equipment running long cycle.
