PRODUCTION PRACTICE OF COLD ROLLING

济钢引进了双机架可逆式冷轧机组。通过生产组织模式优化、原料与产品结构优化、技术进步等生产实践项目的实施,有效改善了机组产量和成材率较低的两大缺点,生产成本进一步降低,机组各项指标达到了国内同类型机组的先进水平。

Two stand reversing cold rolling mill （CCM） was imported by Jigang. Through optimizing production organization model, optimizing raw material and product structure, and developing technology, the production yield and finished product rate were improved, and the production cost was reduced. The indicators of cold rolling line reached the advanced level of domestic same type line.
