摘要
为了及时获取圆筒内壁几何参数变化信息,针对人工离线检测方法进行检测的不足,本文根据机器视觉原理,提出一种以激光三角测距方法为基础,使用新的成像方法的检测方法对圆筒内壁进行检测的方法。经过演示模型样机的实验表明,该系统对于内壁尺寸检测的分辨率较高,内壁尺寸变化检测范围可达30毫米,完成单点的检测时间小于40毫秒,该研究具有很好的市场前景。
In order to obtain information on cylinder wall geometric parameters in time ,aiming at overcome shortcoming of manual offline detection methods for detection of deficiencies,this paper proposes a method of laser triangulation distance measurement based on the principle of machine vision,using new imaging method detection method of circular cylinder wall detection method. After the experimental demonstration of the prototype ,it shows that the system for the detection of high resolution wall size,wall size change detection range of up to 30 mm,single point of detection time to complete less than 40 milliseconds,the study has good market prospects.
