基于Modbus协议的监控系统网络通信的实现

Network Communication on Monitoring System Based on Modbus Protocol

针对污水处理厂的实际情况,设计出了基于Modbus协议的网络通信监控系统。该系统以PLC为核心,在Modbus和TCP/IP协议的基础上,实现了PC监控终端通过以太网对现场设备进行远程监控,分析了具体的通信过程,并利用VijeoLook开发了上位机监控平台。所构建的污水处理监控系统实现了现场设备控制、数据采集、处理及通信等功能,为工业控制网络通信提供了一种有效的技术方法。

This paper presents the network commucation monitoring system based on Modbus protocol for the fact of the wastewatertreatment plant. The kernel of the system is PLC.Monitoring and controlling the local equipments by PC terminal through Ethernet isimplemented base on Modbus and TCP/IP protocol in the system.The specific process of communication is analyzed,and PC monitoring platform is designed with Vijeo Look.The function of industrial field data collection,processing and communication can be realizedby the wastewater treatment monitoring system.
