空间姿态可变的润滑系统流动性能仿真

摘要 以美国V-22倾转旋翼机主减速器为例,对空间姿态可变的传动装置润滑系统的流动性能开展数值仿真研究。首先分析减速器的理论的物理结构以及各主要元件的数学模型,在此基础上建立了FLOWMASTER的润滑系统模型网络。利用软件平台进行稳态和瞬态的仿真运算,获得润滑系统各节点(元件)的数据。对这些数据进行分析处理,进而较精确的分析了润滑系统在各工作状态下的润滑性能。 This paper introduces a research on the flow performance of lubrication system in some drive devices whose spatial attitude is variable taking the main reducer of V-22 tilt-rotor as an example This paper initially discusses the theoretical physical model of lubrication system and the mathematical models of main components,on basis of which the simulation network is set-up in FLOW-MASTER.Then the steady and transient simulation is run to obtain the results of each node(or component) in lubrication systems.These results are analyzed precisely after simulation,and they are testified to accord with the situations of a real lubrication system.
