摘要
为了研究比例阀的数字化控制,设计了一种基于DSP的比例控制放大器,文中给出了系统框图,并针对传统比例控制放大器脉宽调制功率放大存在的问题,给出了PWM反接卸荷式功率放大级的设计方法,最后重点分析了在DSP/BIOS多任务机制下的DSP控制软件的设计。实验表明,系统实现了对比例阀的数字化控制,满足了实时性条件下正常稳定工作的要求。
In order to study the digital control technique of proportional control valve,this paper designed a proportional control amplifier based on DSP.A system block diagram is given in the paper.Moreover,in connection with the problem of conventional pulse width modulation power amplification,a design level of the anti-unload-charged PWM power amplification is given.Finally,we analyzed the design model of software under DSP/BIOS.Experimental results show that the digital control of proportional valve is achieved,the requirements of work normally and steadily is meet,the design and the resource allocation correctly and rationally.
