幼猪颈内动脉系统脑血管解剖特点与脑栓塞模型的制作 被引量:8

Morphological characteristics of internal carotid artery of swine and the establishment of acute embolic stroke model

摘要 目的研究幼猪颈内动脉系统脑血管形态学特征及脑栓塞模型的制作。方法5头幼猪自颈内动脉加压灌注丙酮塑脂溶液,制成血管模型,测量各支血管管径。6头经颈内动脉注入0.5~0.8mm大小的血栓,6小时后复查脑血管造影。结果颈内动脉远端移行为一团血管网,再合成一主干人颅,网状结构内小血管管径约0.2~0.5mm;注入的血栓均受阻于网前或网中,6小时后血管仍未再通。结论幼猪颈内动脉有特殊的解剖特点,适于制作脑栓塞模型.且部位易固定,栓塞成功率高。 Objective To study the morphological characteristics of internal carotid artery and cerebral artery of swine and to establish a model of embolic stroke which is suitable for the study of thrombolytic agents. Method ABS solution was injected into the right internal carotid artery of swine to develop a model of vascular anatomical architecture and the diameter of internal artery and its main branches were measured. The human plasma clot was divided into 0.5mm-0. 8mm segments, and injected into the right internal carotid artery. The vascular occlusion was observed by digital arteriography. Result Thedistal part of internal carotid artery was divided into a small vascular nidus before its penetrating the skull base. The diameter of the small vessels of nidus was 0. 2mm-0. 5mm. The thrombus injected into internal carotid artery were all embolized in or before the nidus. Six h after embolization, none of the arteriograms of the embolized internal artery showed thrombus dissolution. Conclusion The internal carotid artery of swine had specific morphological characteristics. It was suitable for establishing a highly reproducible embolic model and the embolic location was easily stable.
