A Research on Teaching Reform of Application-Based Four-year Specialty of Tourism Management

应用型涉外旅游人才是中国旅游业国际化的必然需求,也是目前旅游教育关注的热点问题。本文以北京城市学院旅游管理专业为例,分析专业的培养目标和培养特色,提出了教改的思路,探讨如何培养符合市场需求的应用型本科旅游管理的实用人才。

To cultivate applied tourism talents involving foreign affairs is a tendency in tourism internationalization and a hot focus in current tourism education.Based on the specialty of Tourism Management in Beijing City University,the paper analyzes the objectives and unique features of Tourism Management,and puts forward the thoughts on teaching reform with aim to cultivate applied tourism talents involving foreign affairs.
