内蒙古地区流行性出血热监测点2008—2009年鼠间监测分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的对内蒙古呼伦贝尔市莫力达瓦旗流行性出血热监测点进行鼠间流行性出血热的调查。方法本调查在疫区监测点采用鼠密度调查、免疫荧光法检测鼠肺EHF抗原和酶联免疫法检测鼠血EHF总抗体的方法进行。结果该疫区鼠类平均密度为9.88%,其中黑线姬鼠(31.65%)为野外优势鼠种,居民区以褐家鼠(46.01%)占主要优势;鼠肺标本的带毒率为3.30%,鼠血总抗体的阳性率为0.73%;病毒抗原阳性数最多的鼠种为大仓鼠、黑线仓鼠、黑线姬鼠。结论该疫区是混合型疫区,且鼠间普遍存在汉坦病毒自然感染。居民区有大量野鼠存在,应该引起高度重视,加大疫情监测和防控力度,以监测数据为依据,制定出科学有效的防制措施。 Objection To investigate Epidemic Hemorrhagic Fever in maice of Molidawa Banner hulunbeier city area.Methods In this study,density of rodents was surveied,EHF antigen was detected in mouse lungs by immunofluorescence assay,total antibody EHF in rat serum was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results The results showed that the average density of mice was 9.88%,Apodemus agrarius(31.65%) was the dominant species in the field.Rattus norvegicus(46.01%) was the dominant species in residential;Virus carrying rate in mice lung was 3.30%,the total antibody positive rate was 0.73%;the largest number of positive viral antigen were hamsters,Cricetulus barabensis and Apodemus agrarius.Conclusions This epidemic area of infectious disease is mixed type,natural infection Hantavirus was prevalent.A large number of vole are existed at residential,so effected prevention and control were strengthened more timely.To develop a scientific and effective control measure is based on monitor data.
