依帕司他联合枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫临床观察

Combined treatment of diabetic gastro paresis with epalrestat Tablets and mosapride

目的依帕司他联合枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫。方法 68例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为2组,治疗组34例口服依帕司他联合莫沙必利,对照组34例单用莫沙必利口服治疗,疗程为60d,观察治疗前后胃轻瘫症状改变及胃排空情况。结果治疗组胃半排空时间由治疗前(178.8min±21.30min)缩短为治疗后84.3min±19.8min,对照组胃半排空时间由治疗前(169.8min±15.7min)缩短为123.3min±21.5 min,与本组治疗前比较均显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组胃半排空时间较对照组缩短显著,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依帕司他联合莫沙必利治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫优于单用莫沙必利,疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe and summarize the clinical effect in the combined treatment of diabetic gastro paresis with epalrestat tablets and mosap ride.Methods We randomly divide 68 patients with diabetc gasro paresis into therapy group and control group.Mosapride was given to all patients of the two groups and epalrestat Tablets were added to therapy group.Results Treatment with both mosapride and epalrestat significantly shortened gastric emptying half-time（84.3 min±19.8 min vs 178.8 min±21.3 min and 123.3 min±121.5 min vs 169.8 min±20.71min,both P〈0.05）.The shortened gastric emptying half-time was significant in the combine treatment group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The clinical effect in the combine treatment of diabetic gastro paresis with epalrestat tablets and mosapride is significantly better than that of mosapride alone.
