食物交换份法联合血糖生成指数指导2型糖尿病人饮食治疗观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨结合食物血糖生成指数(GI)的食物交换份法对2型糖尿病病人饮食治疗的有效性。方法选择包钢医院社区筛查发现的初发2型糖尿病病人80例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各40例。实验组采用联合食物血糖生成指数(GI)的食物交换份法,对照组采用单纯食物交换份法,通过多种方式实施3个月的饮食教育干预,进行干预效果的评价。结果实验组与对照组干预后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、总胆固醇、体质指数等的差异具有统计学意义。(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论食物交换份法联合GI用于2型糖尿病患者饮食教育较传统的食物交换份法更有效。
