Radix Puerariae is one of the commonly-used herbal drugs and is of great value in clinical application.This article summarizes the new progress and state about the study on pueraria in the recent years and also makes an expectation about the study on pueraria,from the aspects of the varieties,components,pharmacodynamics,pharmacokinetics,preparations and clinical application of pueraria.
