20世纪初英国职业服务体系研究

Research on the System of Career Service in Britain in 20 Century

英国是最早进行职业服务(Career Service)的国家之一。本文考察了英国职业服务体系的初步建立过程,认为1910年英国已基本建立了职业服务体系。虽然,在一定程度上,占主流地位的剑桥自由主义经济学说影响了英国职业服务的发展,但英国职业服务体系的建立和发展所取得的成就仍然不容忽视。

Britain is a pioneer country of providing Career Service in the world. This article examines the initial stage of establishing the system of career service in Britain, and concerns that in 1910 Britain had basically established a career service system. To some extent, the dominant Cambridge-liberal economics influenced the development of Career Service in Britain. However, the achievements of the establishment and developments of the system still cannot be ignored.
