中、美、日等国钢铁产业布局变化及比较

A STUDY ON THE LAYOUT EVOLUTION OF THE IRON AND STEEL INDUSTRY OF CHINA US AND JAPAN

分析了世界钢铁产业布局演变历程，总结了钢铁产业布局演变的规律性特征。对2000～2009年我国钢铁产业布局的演变历程及影响因素进行探讨。进一步分析了钢铁产业布局变化对钢材区域流向的影响，发现我国钢铁产业布局不合理的状况并未出现明显改善，由此使得区域之间的钢材运输量逐年扩大，钢铁工业的物流压力逐年增加。最后对我国钢铁产业布局的发展前景进行展望，指出在发展过程中要体现三个特点：沿江布局体现继承性、内陆布局体现资源性、沿海布局体现时代性。

This paper analyzes the evolution process of the layout of the world steel industry, sums the regularity features of the steel industry layout, discusses the evolution and influencing factors of the steel industry layout in 2000-2009. Then analyzes the impact of the steel industry layout change on the regional steel flow, and finds out that the unreasonable layout of the steel industry does not improve significantly, which makes the steel traffic among regions is expanding and the logistics pressure is increasing year by year. Finally, this paper prospects the layout development of the steel industry.
