摘要
以双环戊二烯与甲基丙烯酸为原料,在三氟化硼乙醚络合物催化剂的作用下,合成了双环戊二烯甲基丙烯酸酯(DCPMA),并用~1HNMR、FT-IR对产品进行了表征分析。结果表明:当n(甲基丙烯酸):n(双环戊二烯)=1.2:1、催化剂三氟化硼乙醚的加入量为0.6%、阻聚剂对苯二酚加入量为0.4%时,产品收率达52.5%。将DCPMA用于紫外光固化涂料中,与丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、2-苯氧基乙基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸异冰片酯等4种单官能度的单体相比,涂料的固化收缩率低、固化膜的耐磨性好、附着力强、热稳定性高。
Dicyclopentadienyl methacrylate was synthesized with dicyclopentadiene and methacrylic acid in presence of BF_3·Et_2O.The product was characterized by FT-IR and ~1HNMR.The experimental result showed that the yield of product was 52.5%when n(methacrylic acid):n(dicyclopentadiene) = 1.2:1,w(BF_3·Et_2O) =0.6%and w(hydroquinone) =0.4%.In application of in UV coating,the coatings with dicyclopentadienyl methacrylate had better properties in shrinkages,adhesion,hardness,abrasion resistance and thermal stability than that of coatings with hydroxyethyl acrylate,hydroxyethyl methacrylate,2-phenoxyethyl acrylate, isobornyl acrylate respectly.
