全髋关节置换术病人感觉与功能评价量表的编制与评价

Development and evaluation of questionnaire on the perceptions and function of patients about total jip arthroplasty

目的 编制全髋关节置换病人感觉与功能评价量表（研究量表）,并对该量表的信度、效度和反应度进行评价.方法 采用访谈法编制含有10个条目的研究量表,选取行全髋关节置换术的病人150例,分别在术前和术后第6个月使用研究量表、Harris评分量表和SF-36量表进行调查.结果 研究量表术前与术后的Cronbach＇sα分别为0.84,0.89;重测信度r=0.87;与Harris量表的关联效度术前、术后分别为-0.66,-0.68;与SF-36的关联效度术前、术后分别-0.40,-0.47;反应尺度为2.63,大于SF-36量表,与Harris量表接近.结论 研究量表具有较好的内部一致性、重测信度、关联效度和反应度,并且测试简便、针对性强,可在全髋关节置换手术前后对病人的感觉与功能情况进行评价.

Objective To develop a questionnaire on the perceptions and function of patients about total hip arthroplasty and evaluate the reliability, validity, and responsibility. Methods We developed a 10-item questionnaire for completion by patients having total hip arthroplasty. A prospective study of 150 patients was undertaken before operation and at follow-up six months later. Each completed the new questionnaire as well as the SF36 and the Harris. Results The Cronbach＇s α of the questionnaire before and after operation were 0. 84, 0. 89; test-retest reliability r = 0. 87; criterion related validity with Harris questionnaire before and after operation were - 0. 66, - 0. 68; criterion related validity with SF-36 before and after operation were - 0. 40, - 0. 47; responsive scale was 2.63, bigger than SF-36 questionnaire, close to Harris questionnaire. Conclusions The new questionnaire provides a measure of outcome for patients having total hip arthroplasty which is short, practical, reliable, valid and sensitive to clinically important changes. It could be used to evaluate the patient＇s feeling and function situation before and after total hip arthroplasty operation.
