目的 了解护理人员对连续性排班模式的认可度,为进一步开展连续性排班模式提供依据.方法 采用自制的调查表,对护理人员进行调查.结果 大部分护士能认识到连续性排班模式的优势,能为患者提供连续性、均衡、高质量的护理服务.结论 连续性排班模式使护理人力资源的使用更科学合理,并有利于护理服务和护理质量的提高.

Objective To understand the nurses＇ recognition to the continuous scheduling model so as to provide the basis for further implementing the continuous scheduling model. Methods The nurses are investigated by using self-made questionnaires. Results Most of the nurses can recognize the advantages of the continuous scheduling models and provide the continuous, balanced and high-qualified care services for patients.Conclusions The continuous scheduling models make the allotment of nursing human resources more scientific and more rational, and help to improve the care services and its quality.
