摘要 目的 观察临床路径在血液肿瘤PICC置管患儿健康教育中的应用效果.方法 选取确诊为血液肿瘤病并留有PICC置管的患儿120例,将其随机分为路径组60例和对照组60例,路径组制定健康指导临床路径表格,根据临床路径表格项目对患儿及家长进行健康教育,观察比较出院前两组患儿及家长对PICC置管相关知识的掌握情况和对护理工作的满意程度.结果 路径组对PICC置管相关知识掌握情况及患儿和家长对护理工作的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 健康教育临床路径表格的应用,明显提高了血液肿瘤病患儿及家长对PICC置管相关知识的掌握和认知,同时也提高了患儿及家长对护理工作的满意程度,给护理人员系统规范地进行健康教育提供了依据. Objective To observe the effect of clinic pathway in the health education of PICC in child with hematologic neoplasms. Methods To choose 120 children with hematologic neoplasms and PICC and divide all cases into pathway group and control group randomly, make the health education table according to clinical pathway. To give health education to the children and their parents by clinical pathway table and observe their knowledge about PICC and satisfaction degree satisfaction degree. Results The ill children and their parents of pathway group got more knowledge about PICC and higher degree of satisfaction than control group ( P〈0.05 ). Conclusions Clinical pathway table obviously improve the knowledge state of PICC, satisfaction degree in ill children and their parents, which can provide basis for the systematic and standardized health education for nurse.
