连续性血液净化抢救多脏器功能衰竭的疗效

目的评价连续性血液净化治疗(continuous blood purification therapy,CBPT)在多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS)治疗中的疗效和安全性。方法 33例各种病因下造成的多脏器功能障碍综合征,采用连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过模式,每例平均治疗(3.0±2.1)d,监测患者治疗前后肝肾功能、电解质、血气分析等项目,对临床资料作回顾分析。结果 33例MODS患者CBPT治疗后病情明显改善,各项指标均明显好转(P<0.01或<0.05)。33例患者抢救成功21例。结论连续性血液净化过程中血流动力学稳定,连续性血液净化能有效纠正氮质血症和水电解质酸碱紊乱,是治疗MODS合并少尿无尿者一种有效和安全的方法。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safty of continuous blood purification therapy（CBPT） in treatment of multiple organs dysfunction syndromes（MODS） in adult.Methods Applying continuous veno-venous hemofiltration pattern,each therapy average（3.0±2.1）d,The levels of BUN,Cr,electrolyte of blood and blood gas in 33 pations with MODS before and after CBPT were compared,and clinic date were analysed restrospectively.Results The condition of 33patients with MODS got much better after 21cases were rescued in 30 patients with MODS successfully.Conclusion The studies indicate that Azotemia and fluid overload,acid-base or electrolyte unbalance can be corrected by CBPT,the CBP is an effetive and safe method in the treatment of MODS.
