摘要
目的探讨抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)发生、发展的关系。方法测定50例PCOS患者血清AMH、性激素以及两侧卵巢卵泡数,并取25例月经周期正常妇女进行对照。结果 PCOS组血清AMH明显高于对照组(12.72±5.64vs7.51±3.43),差异有极显著性(P<0.01);PCOS组中血清AMH水平与黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮水平、卵泡数呈显著正相关(r=0.356,P<0.01;r=0.605,P<0.01;r=0.739,P<0.01)。结论 AMH可能参与PCOS发生、发展,并与性激素合成失调有关,测定血清AMH水平为诊断和研究PCOS提供了一个重要的突破点。
Objective To investigate the development and the influent factors between polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) and anti-mullerian hormone(AMH).Methods Serum levels of AMH,follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,prolaction,testosterone,estradiol and number of follicles in both ovaries were compared between 50 cases PCOS patients and 25 cases of normal menstrual cycle control women.Results Serum AMH levels in PCOS group were significantly higher than those of control group(12.72±5.64 vs 7.51±3.43,P0.01).Serum levels of AMH and LH,T,number of follicles in PCOS group were significantly positive correlation(r=0.356,P0.01;r=0.605,P0.01;r=0.739,P0.01).Conclusion AMH may be involved in PCOS,and the development of synthetic sex hormone imbalance,serum level of AMH lab testing could provide an important breakthrough for the diagnosis and research of PCOS.
