80例小儿病毒性心肌炎心电图改变的诊断分析

目的分析小儿病毒性心电图的改变、原因及对诊断的价值。方法对80例小儿病毒性心肌炎患儿的心电图进行观察,并对其进行分析。结果 80例患儿均有不同程度的心电图改变,心律失常共70例(87.5%),包括单纯心律失常48例,伴ST改变11例,伴T波低平5例,伴T波倒置3例,伴Q-T间期延长3例;ST改变14例(17.5%);T波低平7例(8.75%);T波倒置6例(7.5%);Q-T间期延长5例(6.25%)。结论小儿病毒性心肌炎的心电图改变以各种心律失常最常见,少部分病例可有ST-T改变及Q-T间期延长;心电图改变是诊断小儿病毒性心肌炎的一个重要条件。

Objective To analyze the ECG changes in children with VMC,causes and diagnosis.Methods 80 cases of children with viral myocarditis in children with ECG were observed and analyzed.Results 80 cases of children had varying degrees of ECG changes.There were 70 cases（87.5%） of all kinds of cardiac arrhythmia.It includes 48 cases of simple arrhythmia.It was accompanied by ST changes in 11 cases,T-wave low-lying 5 cases;T-wave inversion in 3 cases and QT interval prolongation in 3 cases;There were 14 cases（17.5%）of ST changes,7 cases（8.75%）of T-wave low-lying,6 cases（7.5%）of T-wave inversion and 5 cases（6.25%） of QT interval prolongation.Conclusion A variety of arrhythmias is the most common ECG changes in children with viral myocarditis.Only a small number of cases may have ST segment,T-wave changes,and QT interval prolongation.ECG changes is an important for diagnosis of myocarditis.
