脂肪肝患者血尿酸水平分析

目的探讨脂肪肝与血尿酸的关系,为脂肪肝防治工作提供依据。方法对体检B超检出的100例脂肪肝患者及100例同期体检健康者进行血尿酸测定,并采用健康体检者作为对照。结果脂肪肝患者的血尿酸水平高于对照组,差异具有高度显著性(P<0.01)。结论脂肪肝患者不仅伴有血尿酸代谢异常,并且与血尿酸水平相关,且相互影响。

Objective To explore the relationship between fatty liver and blood serum uric acid,fatty liver disease prevention and control work provides the basis.Methods The check-up b-sonography detected 100 cases of fatty liver disease patients and medical health same 100 patients who undergo blood serum uric acid determination,and USES the healthy check-up person as controls.Results fatty liver patient blood serum uric acid level higher than those in the control group,difference is highly significant（P0.01）.Conclusion Fatty liver disease patients not only with blood serum uric acid metabolic abnormalities,and with blood serum uric acid level related,and influence each other.
