摘要
目的探讨超声对脊柱结核伴寒性脓肿的诊断价值。方法分析75例脊柱结核患者的超声表现。结果 75例脊柱结核患者中,超声检出骨质破坏44例,病变椎体范围:C4～C6,T10～T12和L1～L5。检出寒性脓肿69例:1例颈后三角区脓肿;14例椎旁脓肿;8例皮下脓肿;46例腰大肌脓肿。结论超声检查对脊柱结核伴寒性脓肿的诊断具有较高的临床应用价值,为临床治疗时机的选择提供依据。
Obective Discussion on spinal tuberculosis with cold sex abscess diagnostic value.Methodes To analyse the ultrasonic manifestations of 75 patients with spinal tuberculosis.Result In the 75 patients with spinal tuberculosis,ultrasonic detection 44 cases bone destruction;lesions vertebral scope：C4~C6;T10~T12 and L1~L5,ultrasonic detection 69 cases of cold sex abscess;1 case after carotid triangle abscess,14 cases of vertebral side abscess,8 cases of subcutaneous abscess,46 cases of lumbar muscles abscess.Conclusins：Ultrasound showed much highter clinical value in the diagnostic of spine tuberculosis with cold abscess,and provided a sound basis for the option of operational opportunity.
